Milan Expo 2015- Day 1

Hello lovelies!

As you may have seen from my last blogpost, I visited Milan recently for the Expo. For those of you who don't know what that is (because I know in Ireland there was little to no knowledge of this whereas in other countries its extremely famous) the Expo is a Universal Exhabition in which was held in Milan from the 1st of May to the 31st of October 2015. 140 countries participated where each country got the chance to display how they can help towards providing healthy sustainable food for the planet. Each country are composed of Pavilion's. The queues for each pavilion depended on each country. For example we wanted to see United Arab Eremites and the queue was over four hours long! For Japan eight!! Other queues were one hour. We managed to see 20 countries (Pavilions) in 2 days. Another great aspect to the Expo, they had passports on sale for €5 in which one could collect the Visa stamp of every country you entered. Just like the feeling of getting your actual passport stamped. Now we will have memories from which country we visited. :)

Below I have left you guys some of what we saw on day 1, including what I wore :*

Coat: Jennyfer
Blouse: H&M
Skirt: Penneys/Primark
Shoes: Primark
Watch: Daniel Wellington

Ireland

Vietnam

China
South Korea

Brazil had also an area for design including these fabulous outfits. I fell in love with the brown and white long dresses! So gorgeous.

It was incredible to witness so many different countries and cultures in one place. If the Expo wasn't finishing in three days I would absolutely love to return to see more countries.

Keep posted for Day two!

Love Ciara x
